[1D08] Reactivity control with metallic hydride burnable poison for Plutonium-burner Accelerator-Driven System

A reactivity control method using metallic hydride burnable poisons was applied to the core of an Accelerator-Driven System for plutonium burning in order to realize long-term operation. As a result, it was shown that the burnup reactivity loss could be significantly improved by optimizing the design of the burnable poison assembly, while satisfying the thermal design conditions.
