Simulated raw powder and each simulated dry recycled powder with 5 different particle size distributions were mixed with mixing ratio of 10:0 to 0:10. Sintering density of the pellets made from the mixed powder were measured and analyzed by algebraic methods. The sintering density of pellets made from mixed powder were approximated by linear combination of sintering density of simulated raw powder and that of simulated dry recycled powder. Furthermore, sintering densities of pellets made from simulated dry recycled powder were approximated by linear combination of sintering densities of components particles depends on its particle size. Based on these results, a sintering density prediction method was considered.
