It was found that aerosol was aggregates of fine particles with diameters of less than 200 nm and the weight distribution was independent of the diameter in the Phebus-FP experiments. To explain these findings, the formation of primary particles consisting of several FP fine particles was proposed. This time, the formation model of the primary particles was installed in the SAMPSON code. The model is that monomers are formed from the supersaturated vapor of FPs by nucleation and condensation and grow to the primary particle by agglomeration in a reactor core. The Phebus FPT1 test analysis using the SAMPSON code was done to check the applicability of this model.
