[1K02] Research on the stability of fuel debris consisting of oxides and alloys

(12)Chemical state analysis and stability evaluation for oxidative degradation of the simulated debris

Keywords:fuel debris, hydrogen peroxide, decomposition phase

Simulated fuel debris were synthesized from Uranium, Zirconium and stainless steel and leached by water and hydrogen peroxide. The changed simulated fuel debris were spectroscopically analyzed and the elution amount of Uranium and the consumption of hydrogen peroxide were evaluated.
