Sodium hydroxide(NaOH) is one form of stabilization of metallic sodium used in the coolant of fast breeder reactors. During cement solidification, NaOH acts as a solidification accelerator and may solidify during kneading. Therefore, in this presentation, we focus on the fact that NaOH is used as a raw material for geopolymers, and show the applicability of the geopolymer solidification technology SIAL® to the solidification of NaOH solution produced by stabilizing metallic sodium and the concept of processing equipment.
