To improve measurement techniques for nuclear fuel materials in the field of nuclear nonproliferation and nuclear security, we have developed an integrated non-destructive measurement system, Active-N. The Active-N system combines several active neutron methods to apply to high-dose nuclear fuel materials. In this talk, we report the outline of the NRTA part, which is one of the incorporated methods, and the NRTA measurement results using simulated nuclear fuel samples and Pu samples.
