[2C01] Rutherford backscattering spectrometry analysis of in-situ ion-beam-graft polymerized polyethylene sheets

We have studied the ion beam graft polymerization method to add new functionalities to base polymers. In this study, polyethylene was irradiated with a proton beam to introduce monomers and graft polymerization in situ. The grafted polyethylene of several tens of micrometers was analyzed by RBS to evaluate the graft chains.
