[2C07] Measurement of photoinduced phase transitions with femtosecond electron diffraction

We have developed a relativistic femtosecond electron diffractometer using a radio-frequency (RF) photocathode electron gun. The diffractometer has been successfully used to observe the photoinduced insulator-to-metal phase transitions in vanadium dioxide. In this meeting, the development statuts will be reported and the measurement results will be discussed.
