[2C08] Evaluation of beam sizes using beam profile monitor in dynamitron accelerator for BNCT

In Nagoya University, an accelerator-based neutron source has been developed for boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). In order to monitor the beam information irradiated the target, the rotary wire scanner monitor (WSM) was developed. The goal of this study is to reexamine the signal processing method acquired by the rotary WSM and compare the obtained beam size with other methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the rotary WSM.
