Implementation of a self-shielding method for a neutron transport calculation code based on the Iso-Geometric Analysis (IGA) method that can resolve the multi- group neutron transport equation for arbitrary spatial domain is presented. The self-shielding model based on the subgroup theory is adapted. Validation of the implementation of the subgroup method for IGA is presented.
