[2E03] Observations of a transparent heater in downward-faced flow boiling

Boiling is a complex, dynamic, and unclear phenomenon associated with bubble/vapor generation on the heating surface. To observe the bubble behavior under high heat flux, a transparent heater was fabricated to allow observations from the back side of the heater. Experiments were conducted to observe the bubble behavior under high heat flux conditions.
