Keywords:High Mn-Ni-Si RPV model alloys, Ion irradiation, Hardening

To investigate the details of Mn-Ni-Si clusters evolution in reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels, Fe-4.6wt.%Ni-1.7wt.%Mn-0.7wt.%Si alloys were irradiated by 2.8 MeV Fe ions at 573K up to 0.3 and 0.9 dpa at the dose rate of 10-4 dpa/s. Average irradiation induced hardening of 1.6 and 2.8 GPa were observed using nanoindentation in different dose, respectively. In addition, Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Atom Probe Tomography (APT) analysis are considered to be conducted to figure out the details of precipitation.
