原子炉圧力容器鋼における照射脆化の原因となる溶質原子クラスターについて，その形成エネルギーを分子動力学式と正則溶体近似を参考にモデル化し，反応速度論やモンテカルロシミュレーションを行い，照射場依存性と溶質原子が与える影響を解析した．
