Neutral flow in divertor exhaust route of DEMO reactor and linear plasma device with typical experiment pressure is considered to be intermediate flow, which is flow regime between molecular and viscous flow. Although calculation of pressure distribution in intermediate flow has a difficulty due to non-linear dependency of pressure of conductance in this flow regime, novel calculation method which we had developed is successfully applied to pressure distribution in linear plasma device NUMBER. In this presentation, I will compare and verify the calculation result with actual measurement, and report the improvement in NUMBER device for controlling pressure and neutral density distribution, which are considered to be essential to detach plasma.
