A comparison of straight collimators, pinhole collimators and corded apertures has been carried out for imaging measurements of 4.44 MeV gamma-rays produced by the reaction of high-energy alpha particles produced in fusion plasmas with beryllium in the reactor wall. The design parameters were studied using the simulation code. The design parameters were studied using the PHITS simulation code, and the basic characteristics of the straight collimator were obtained by generating gamma-rays using the electrostatic tandem accelerator at our university.
