The purpose of this study is to develop and provide a risk assessment system that identifies the sources of risk in the evacuation of the general public based on the release of radiological materials due to seismic effects and severe accidents in the infrastructure and surrounding environment outside the nuclear power plant. The objective is to contribute to the construction of safer nuclear emergency preparedness plans by developing and providing a risk assessment system that identifies the sources of risk for public evacuation based on the situation of the public, and presenting possible scenarios, frequency of occurrence, and degree of impact.
