In the safety decommissioning of Nuclear facilities, analyzing the composition and amount of the radioactive waste is required. For this purpose, we compose an analytical method based on cavity ring-down spectroscopy combined with an atomization and excitation by a DC glow discharge to obtain quantitative information of the target nuclides. The experimental results using the thulium standard samples with developed spectrometer will be presented.
