[20] The process from the start-up to independence of the Civil Agriculture Organizations as farmers in Urban Agriculture

Farmers are decreasing in suburban areas. On the other hand, some citizens in suburban residential areas are interested in agriculture. Ways must be considered to get these citizens involved in agriculture. For this purpose, it is necessary to consider various factors such as initial investments, cultivation training, farmland conditions and sales conditions. It is difficult for single citizen to start farming alone. That is why we founded a civil agriculture organization. After five years of experience and verification, various conditions have been indicated. It is also shown how they negotiated with town officials and local farmers. Once the operation of the civil farming organization is stabilized, members of the organization began to develop their own agricultural technic. Each member has a different purpose related to agriculture. In this way, we have come to understand the various roles and issues of civil agricultural organization. Here are the records and achievements of the activity of the organization.
