[100] A Study on Greenhouse Gas Reduction through ZEBs and Energy Network Systems at Urban Regeneration Stages

This paper deals with ZEBs and energy network systems and attempts to clarify how we can reduce CO2 emissions at the urban regeneration stages in the city centre. From the analysis, we found that the local municipality strongly promoted green building construction and energy network connections, and it is expected to reduce high percentage of CO2 emissions with combination of these two. Also these policies are highly related to the resiliencies of the area. As a consequence, local municipality should consider to enact any regulations to promote new construction and renovation to the green buildings, to introduce renewable energy to the heat networks and to have incentives of hooking up to the networks.
