In this study, we figured out that the utilization of methods of introducing private vitality in public business projects that construct government offices, those held by local authorities, such as PFI, Design-build and ECI schemes. We did the literature search, the internet search, the interview search.The methods of introducing private vitality is the scheme to introduce technology and know-how that private companies have into public businesses. In Japan, it is recommended to use in public business which autonomies hold by government but pointed out that has some of problems these days. Local authorities that hold the projects that introduced private vitality take measures against them, but it founded that they aren’t sufficient to operate the offices in long span of time.
