In recent years, sounding has been carried out in many cases in the field of parks. I pointed out that the locations of the parks where sounding can be utilized at present are limited to those with attractive marketability for private companies. In order to solve the problem, we conducted a survey focusing on the location of the target park, participation incentives for private companies and the differences in public and private perceptions about the impacts of introducing them. As a result, differences in public and private perceptions were found in each location. Furthermore, from the consideration, it was concluded that the addition of points at the time of public offering is an effective in the location of a park where marketability is low, and it is important to understand the characteristics of private companies who are interested in each location and introduce appropriate participation incentives.
