[25] Study on Snow Countermeasure Related of Induction policy in Urban Facility Location Plan

There are Urban Facility Location Plans to use snow countermeasures as a guidance measure for the suitability of cities in heavy snowfall areas, but it is arguable whether each city is effectively positioned. This study takes up 6 cities that have different snow countermeasures out of 18 cities that have positioned snow countermeasures as guidance measures, and clarifies the process of positioning them by hearing surveys. Based on this, this study aims to clarify the actual conditions and issues as guidance measures by spatial analysis, and to give suggestions for future snow countermeasures.
When positioning snow measures as guidance measures, some cities considered differentiation from the snow measures department, but other cities positioned snow measures as guidance measures only by the judgment of the city planning department. When considering snow countermeasures as a guidance measure, it should be positioned after discussing with the snow countermeasures department whether it has the ability to execute.
