[61] Subjective evaluation of shopping environment related to awareness and behavior

Many studies have evaluated shopping environments in terms of accessibility. However, shopping environment satisfaction is based on individual subjectivity. Therefore, satisfaction must be improved based on subjective evaluations. It isn't easy to quantitatively grasp the evaluation of the subjective purchasing environment, because it depends on the individual, so few reports describe subjective evaluation. To clarify characteristics of people with high subjective evaluation, we analyze awareness and behavior. Results showed the following. 1) Department store user satisfaction of 20 years ago was high, regardless of what they emphasized on. 2) The regional environment has stronger relationship on shopping satisfaction than individual psychological characteristics.
