[84] Analysis of Factors Affecting Residents’ Evaluation of Enclosed Landscapes in Urban Areas Including Natural Landscapes

Consideration of natural landscape (particularly, enclosed landscapes) that people want to preserve for its value is required in land use re-planning with environmental considerations. Therefore, we clarified the natural landscapes that people want to conserve and the evaluation factors in Yokohama City. Residents were asked to evaluate the enclosed landscape using a WEB questionnaire survey, and then evaluation factors for the natural landscape were analyzed with Multiple regression analysis. As a result, the evaluation factors were clarified in urbanization area and the urbanization control area: parks, roadside trees, substitutional vegetation, Yato and so on. Additionally, a natural landscape image evaluation map is used to show the landscapes for which conservation and improvement are required in land use re-planning.
