[92] Usage behavior at roadside station restaurants and users' evaluation of regional revitalization
Keywords:roadside station restaurant, usage behavior, satisfaction rating, chi-square test, quantification theory type 2, covariance structure analysis
This study surveyed and analyzed the usage behavior of roadside station restaurant users. The actual conditions related to the use of roadside station restaurants were determined by analyzing the user attributes, trends in usage behavior, factors related to satisfaction rating, and the users’ evaluation approach when selecting a roadside station restaurant.. We found that users in their twenties tended to research before visiting a roadside station restaurant, that frequent users of roadside station restaurants tended to visit on days they normally worked, and that the factors "taste of food" and "facilities inside" were significantly related to the users’ "overall satisfaction" experience. We were able to obtain valuable insights for roadside station restaurant managers to help them develop their restaurants and regional revitalization.
