[122] Agent Based Simulation for Land-Use Considering Network Structure berween Residence, Office and Commerce

As the population declines, necessity for evaluating dynamics of urban structure that influences each other among urban structural elements is increasing for the transition to sustainable urban structure. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of land use dynamics by considering the disappearance, relocation, generation of three types of land use agents such as residence, office and commerce and the interaction between them using multi agent simulation for a simple hypothetical urban structure. By simulating the model for four scenarios, it is found that urban structure becomes compact and many commercial agents disappear under the case of declining population and development of ring rail network enhances sustainability of commercial agents.
