The paper focuses on the "machimin" project conducted by WaCreation Inc. in Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture. "machimin" develops a community development business aimed at individual self-actualization. The study aims to examine the process of training, a distinctive human development method, to understand the overall picture of the project. In the conclusion of this study, the expansion of a grown individual's activities into the community improves the business's visibility. It will also allow local involvement and expansion into the community while attracting new staff and businesses to collaborate. Individuals can obtain multifaceted opinions when a community space takes an approach that simultaneously considers personal growth and local utilization. The public nature of individual activities is also enhanced, making it possible to realize solutions to cross-sectoral issues.
