[50] A Study on Incubation Facilities as a Public Contribution to Special Urban Renaissance Districts

This study compared changes over time in public contributions in special urban revitalization districts between Tokyo and other municipalities. We also investigated the differences between the planning stage and the actual status of public contributions and found that there were differences. The study pointed out that there were institutional issues as the reason for these differences, and pointed out the need to improve the system to increase fairness and transparency.
