[ThuPM1E] (Workshop Session) Developments and Interoperability of (micro)-grids in Indonesia
Thu. May 23, 2024 2:10 PM - 4:10 PM Room E (Exhibition Hall)
Organizers:Frank Leferink,Flavia Grassi,Amalia Suryani,Ilman Sulaeman
Indonesian Microgrid Landscape: Gain insights into Indonesia's (micro)grid initiatives and how they are becoming smarter than conventional grids, their current status, and the increasing role of EMC engineering in ensuring grid reliability and performance. Delve into different aspects of electromagnetic compatibility in microgrid systems, exploring the complexities of harmonics, EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), and EMC standards for ensuring reliable microgrid operation in diverse Indonesian environments. One can expect discussions on the specific challenges related to the microgrid components from an EMC perspective and learn about strategies to ensure seamless integration.
This workshop is aimed to connect with fellow academia, EMC engineers, and industry experts, fostering partnerships and collaborations for the advancement of EMC engineering in Indonesia. Participants are invited to express their views on the topic, followed by a discussion about their experiences and expectations.
