  • Early-bird fee is applied until June 15 (Thursday), 2023 (JST)
  • Lunches to be served (except for July 21).

Social Event Fee
The social event will be held from 18:30 at “Gingerʼs Beach OMIYA” on the second day of the conference (July 20th, 2023).

How to Register
Registration is accepted online via the participant website.
  1. Go to the participant website by clicking the "Participant website" icon below.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Login with your login ID and password.
  4. Go to "Registration" page and select the items to register. Students need to upload the student ID image.
  5. Payment for registration is accepted by "Credit Card". Click "Other" if no applicable credit card is available. The secretariat will contact to seek possible payments.
 
 
 
Visa application

If the visa application is required to enter Japan, please click "Yes" for the visa application when creating an account. The secretariat will contact to collect required information.
We cannot issue documents required for the visa application because it takes time. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
