風力、太陽光などの再生可能エネルギーの電力系統への円滑な連系のための電力貯蔵技術や電気自動車などの移動体用の新しい蓄電池の研究開発が進められている。ここでは、これらの蓄電池、電力貯蔵技術に関する基礎から応用までの研究発表を募集。招待講演および一般講演で企画。
