Social program

At this time, we have three interesting social programs available. However, please note that these programs are subject to change depending on circumstances. So, please confirm the final circular and website.

1. Welcome Party

The welcome party will be held at Shokoshoreikan (Commerce & Industry Promotion Hall) in Ritsurin Garden from 5 pm on June 1st. Ritsurin Garden was completed in 1745 and is one of the most beautiful Japanese gardens. It consists of six ponds and thirteen hills. It is recommended to come one hour before the welcome party starts and take a walk around the garden.

The walking route from the conference venue to Ritsurin Garden is shown below. It takes around 30 min. by foot.
Other accesses (bus, tram or taxi) will be shown in the final circular.

2. Sunset Cruse & Banquet

Sunset cruise on the Seto Inland Sea, followed by the conference banquet at the JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu in the evening on June 5th.

3. Excursion

Visit to three interesting places and various enjoyable events are scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday on June 4th.

1) Kotohira-gu shrine

2) Cooking & eating of Udon (Japanese noodle)

3) Buffet Dinner at Shikoku aquarium
