Social program
We have three interesting social programs available. However, please note that these programs are subject to change depending on circumstances. So, please confirm the final circular and website.
1. Welcome Party on Sunday (Jun. 1st)
The welcome party will be held at Shokoshoreikan (Commerce & Industry Promotion Hall) in Ritsurin Garden from 5 pm to 7 pm (Sunset time). After 4 pm, ICPA20 participants can enter the garden from the East Gate without admission fee. The leaflet including the entrance ticket is shown below, so please download it and present them at the entrance.
Ritsurin Garden was completed in 1745 and is one of the most beautiful Japanese gardens. It consists of six ponds and thirteen hills. It is recommended to come one hour before the welcome party starts and take a walk around the garden.
2. Sunset Cruse & Banquet on Thursday (Jun. 5th)
The cruise will depart from Takamatsu Port at 5:30 pm for a sunset cruise experience. Afterwards, a banquet will be held at the JR Clement Hotel Takamatsu at 7:30 pm.
3. Excursion on Wednesday (Jun. 4th)
Visit to three interesting places and various enjoyable events are scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday on June 4th.
