Registration Fee

Registration is now open.

The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception (Sunday evening), excursion (Wednesday afternoon), sunset cruse & banquet (Thursday evening) and conference materials. For the accompanying person it includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, excursion and sunset cruse & banquet. 

• Registration is accepted by online registration via the website.  Payment of registration fees on-site is not acceptable.
• Payment for registration is accepted by only "Credit Card (VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX)".
• When registering, please indicate your preference for lunches and each social program. If you are traveling with a companion, please let us know his/her name and preference for each program by e-mail.
• Student participants are required to send a copy of their certificates to the ICPA20 organizers via e-mail.
• If you need a visa to enter Japan, please contact us by January 2025.
• If you submit an abstract, you must register and pay the registration fee before submitting your abstract. 

Cancellation policy : The Registration website states that registration fees are non-cancellable, but refunds are available until 6 Apr. 2025; from 7 Apr., no refunds will be made. If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us directly by e-mail. Registration cancellations must be received by 6 Apr. 2025 for a refund and note that a 30,000 JPY administrative fee is not refundable. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
