Presentation Guideline
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
All speakers are asked to keep to their allocated time.
Oral presentations: 15 minutes, 4 minutes for questions and answers,
1 minute for movement
All presentations must be presented with a ZOOM connection for online participants.
Presentations can be given on the presenter's PC at the venue or on your own PC.
(eduroam or guest Wi-Fi will be available in the venue)

Poster Guidelines:
Size: Please design your poster to fit an A0 size sheet in a portrait orientation
(approximately 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches).
Poster presentations will be core time-based.
Odd-numbered presentations will be given one hour for the first half of the presentation, and even-numbered presentations will be given one hour for the second half of the presentation.
