[R1-04] Precession electron diffraction method analysis of mineral

To determine the phase and the symmetery of micro mineral, electron diffraction method by TEM is widely userd. Recently, precession electron diffraction (PED) which is one electron diffraction method is focused. PED method can obtain an electron diffraction pattern by precessing the incident electron beam under a certain tilt angle. In this study, PED method applied to mineral and compared SAED method. The result showed that more high-order reflections in PED pattern appear compared with the ordinary selected-area diffraction (SAED) pattern.
