In July 2015, Wakachiku Construction opened a new technical research center in the Minamisode district of Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture. The Soil and Ground Improvement Group conducts various research, including quality improvement measures for various ground improvement methods, visualization of completed shapes and construction information, volume reduction measures for dredged soil, and recycling of industrial waste such as biomass combustion ash. We are working on development.

This time, we will be exhibiting panels of Wakachiku's proprietary technologies, the "multi-point simultaneous injection method (chemical injection method)," the "geo-drain method (plastic board drain method)," and the "WIT ground improvement management system."

In addition, we will exhibit the actual "WIT-EMW system". The "WIT-EMW system" uses piezoelectric ceramic vibration elements (source/receiver) and is a system that measures elastic wave velocity under a crimping mechanism. Using this system, we are working to estimate the strength of cement-based solidified improved soil and evaluate internal defects.
