High-Quality Core Drilling Technology (QS Drilling)

This technology is a borehole drilling technology that is as lightweight and portable as impact-type simple boring and can extract high-quality core because it uses tools equivalent to those used in mechanical boring.

(1) High-quality core can be extracted, equivalent to mechanical boring.

(2) Compared to mechanical boring, temporary scaffolding is not required and can be carried out by human shoulders, reducing the time from temporary installation to removal by one-half, contributing to shortening the process and improving economic efficiency.

(3) Standard penetration tests can be performed.

(4) Casing excavation is possible, making it easy to install observation holes.

Fixr Ground Anchor Method

The Fixr Ground Anchor Method is a highly corrosion-resistant and high-strength type anchor, in which the anchor body is reinforced with reinforcing bars and all structural members are made of corrosion-resistant materials, contributing to longer service life and lower total cost.

(1) High corrosion resistance: Since the anchor is composed entirely of corrosion-resistant materials, it can achieve a long service life and minimize maintenance costs.

(2) High bearing capacity: The anchor body is reinforced with spiral reinforcement, which suppresses cracking and fracture of the grout even in low-strength ground and improves the bearing capacity.
