Co基超合金を高強度化させる知見を得ることを目的として，Co₃(Al, W) -Co₃Ti擬二元L1₂型金属間化合物の強度の温度依存性について調べ，強度の逆温度依存性を支配する因子とその寄与について明らかにした．
