本研究では，液体窒素でサブゼロ処理に供したFe-33%Ni合金に種々の投射方向でショットピーニングを施した．加工面近傍の微細組織を観察し，ショットピーニング投射方向がFe-Ni合金の逆変態に及ぼす影響を検討した．
