[P83] Effect of B and W addition on high-temperature deformation in electrodeposited Ni

電解析出（電析）法を用いて電析Ni,Ni-W,N-Bを作製し，高温引張試験を行った．電析Ni-Wは超塑性を発現しなかったが，電析Ni-Bは超塑性を発現した．B添加による超塑性発現後の粒成長抑制と機械特性の向上に成功した．
