Y₂SiO₅とY₂Si₂O₇の酸化透過をそれらにSiC粒子を分散した複合材料の高温酸化挙動から評価した．Y₂Si₂O₇の方がY₂SiO₅に比べて酸素の拡散係数が低い値を示した．
