レーザ3次元粉末積層造形用により超高温耐熱材料MoSiBTiC合金の作製を行うにあたり、自由な組成の選択を可能とする球形粉末作製技術(FD-POEM)を適用した。得られた粉末とレーザ積層造形体の特徴について講演する。
