難水溶性抗がん剤のパクリタキセルをモデル薬剤として選択し、ポリ乳酸/アパタイトコアシェルナノ粒子に導入した。作製したナノ粒子は、薬剤の輸送能力及びマウス乳がん細胞への有効性を示した。
