L1₂-Fe₃Ge単結晶マイクロピラーを作成し，室温で圧縮試験を行った．多結晶材では確認されていない(111)すべりを観察し，TEMにより転位組織を観察した．Fe₃Geにおける降伏応力の逆温度依存性を示す可能性を考察した．
