[18] Formation of metastable Si-rich SiGe phase by severe plastic deformation under high pressure

TLZ法によるSiリッチのSiGe結晶についてHPT加工を行った．結晶構造解析から，準安定相であるbc8-SiGeが形成されていることがわかった．比抵抗測定より，bc8-SiGeは半金属的であることが示唆された．
