Ni-Cr-M(M:Nb,V,Ta)3元系に対して複合拡散対法を用いて、γ"相の安定性に及ぼす合金元素の効果を調べた。Nb拡散領域では1073Kにおいてγ"相は100h後に完全に消失したが、Ta/V拡散領域では微細なままの状態であった。
