酸化物イオンを含む溶融MgCl2-NaCl-CaCl2中でMoSi2陽極を用いて電解を行うと、電極表面にMgSiO3及びSiO2が形成する。本研究では、材質の変化がMoSi2陽極表面上に形成する酸化被膜に与える影響について調べた。
