[141] Binding energy and stable structure of vacancy cluster in tungsten

タングステン中の空孔クラスターの安定構造を調べた。特に、10個以上の空孔で構成される大きなクラスターに注目した。最も安定なクラスターは丸く球状のものが安定であった。
