[199] Examination of the fabrication process for Fe based ODS alloys using Fe-Cr-Al alloy powder

Fe母相にナノサイズの酸化物が析出した合金を創製するため，Fe₂O₃粉末とFe-Cr-Al合金粉末の混合粉末を焼結し，熱処理を施した．Fe-Al合金粉末を用いた場合と比較し，酸化物の析出が遅滞することが分かった．
