巨大ひずみ加工により微細化したNi-Fe二元系合金を用いた．Ni-Fe二元系合金は純金属と同様に，積層欠陥エネルギーと剛性率が定常結晶粒径に大きく影響を及ぼす．また，Hall-Petch係数はFe含有量に大きく依存した．
